Hlompho Mphanje

Hlompho Mphanje is currently serving as an Economic Analyst.  Her technical qualification is a Master’s degree in Development Economics from the University of Johannesburg. As an Economic Analyst, her focus area is compiling economic reports on key macro-economic indicators.  She conducts research, collects data, performs data analysis as well as forecasting to give a thorough assessment of economic trends and collate relevant economic commentary.  In her role, she also supports the project lead with data sourcing, validation, analysis and derivation of key insights. Previously, she worked in the retail sector as a planner. Experience gained from this spans across product planning, market segmentation analysis, formulating price matrices, report compilation to substantiate points and concepts, data analysis on historical data extracted as well as coordinating and compiling store profiles.
